  1. How can I get involved?

    We are always on the lookout for individuals, like you, who are wanting to get involved. Visit our "Get Involved" section to find out ways to donate and/or volunteer in various ways.

  2. How safe is it to write women in prison?

    Your safety is a high priority and all of our policies and procedures have been established to fully protect every volunteer's identity.

  3. What kind of training & support is available for writers?

    We have a 3 part training program that can either be in person or via ZOOM. The training covers the history of Letters of Hope Ministries, information in regards to women in prison, our policy & procedures, writing suggestions, and numerous available materials.

  4. What is your organization's privacy policy?

    Letters of Hope Ministries takes our privacy policy seriously and takes steps to protect and ensure the safety of our letter writers and supporters. We do not sell or otherwise disclose information about our volunteers or supporters outside of our immediate organization. This policy has no exceptions.   5. We have a responsibility to our community and our donors and work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization. We make our IRS Form 990 available for review, as required by law. Visit our Financials page to learn more.
